New International Test Track and Sales Evaluation Center
On March 25th, Gasgoo learned from official sources that Anting Town, Shanghai, recently signed a tripartite cooperation framework agreement with Shanghai Motor Vehicle Inspection and Certification Technology Research Center Co., Ltd. and China Automotive International Advertising (Beijing) Co., Ltd., for the "International Test Track and Sales Evaluation Center" project, with a total investment of 120 million yuan, to be established in Anting. The project is being coordinated by China Automotive International and will utilize the existing test track resources of Shanghai Automotive Inspection to build the first multi-functional interactive test track in East China.
Concurrently, Anting Greenland Economic City signed a cooperation framework agreement with Shandong Jushi Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. Jushi Investment will relocate its existing industrial investment fund to Anting, aiming to improve the quality of regional development through the introduction of social capital, resource matching, and support for innovative and entrepreneurial enterprises.
The "International Proving Ground & Test Sales Evaluation Center" introduces a VR-AI evaluation system, a live streaming IP matrix, and the "Evaluation Jia" new media platform, constructing an "interactive entertainment + testing + operation" model to complete the "R&D-production-sales" link in Jiading's automotive industry. The project, linked to the Jiading National Foreign Trade Transformation and Upgrading Base (Automotive and Parts), forms a closed loop of "testing-production-sales-export," enhancing Jiading's competitiveness in automotive professional services, digital experience, and brand aggregation.
According to the plan, the first year of the project is the preparation and construction period, with business revenue gradually released in the second year. Over the next five years, the cumulative economic benefits are expected to exceed 20 billion yuan, mainly from interactive live streaming evaluations, sales of modified vehicles and parts, comprehensive pre-sales and after-sales services for complete vehicles, and themed restaurants, with comprehensive pre-sales and after-sales services for complete vehicles accounting for the largest share.
Under the background of the "new four modernizations" of the automotive industry, competition has extended from the manufacturing link to the entire chain of R&D testing, evaluation verification, and market experience. As a vehicle technology verification platform and innovation market connection node, this project will rely on the professional technical advantages of Shanghai Automotive Inspection, the industry resource coordination of China Automotive International, and the empowerment of Jushi Private Equity Capital to promote Anting to build a highland for vehicle trial sales and evaluation in the Yangtze River Delta.
